The Americans With Disability Act Turns 25

Sunday, July 26 marked the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There were many celebrations across the country. DODD joined in on the celebrations on July 23.

ADA 25 Anniversery Proclamation

People First at the ADA Vendor Fair

People First shared information about their organization at the ADA vendor fair at the Columbus Commons. More than 50 disability-related agencies and organizations participated, including DODD, OOD, and the Governor’s Council on People with Disabilities.

More than 50 disability-related agencies and organizations participated in the ADA vendor fair at the Columbus Commons. Sponsored by the ADA 25th Anniversary Planning Committee, the fair also was a stop on the National ADA Legacy Bus Tour.
